171km to cover, 2300 runners at the starting line, less than 20 hours of effort for the leading participants, 3 countries to cross, and the event’s 20th edition: the Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc is the must-attend event for the world’s top trail runners.
To stand out, HOKA (the event’s main partner) decided to go big and distinguish itself from all other trail running brands. The agenda included multiple activations throughout the week for participants (HOKA morning run, HOKA talk, Sunrise Yoga, HOKA Film Festival), the creation of a 100% branded Base-Camp, and a customer experience along the trail.
For this purpose, LAB Services was entrusted with supporting HOKA in its logistical activations by sending and setting up all the brand’s materials and communication supports, decorating various spaces throughout Chamonix.
Furthermore, alongside Novelty’s teams, LAB Services was tasked with installing and activating the illuminated Fly Zone in Courmayeur, Italy, for an incredible customer experience !
