Our expertise in technical coordination and event logistics means that we can recruit high-quality service providers (structures, signage, furnishings, etc.) to install your stand, usually as a temporary structure.

Volkswagen

VOLKSWAGEN Le Mans approached LAB Services to design and construct its reception area for the Four Days of Le Mans Show.

The aim was for VOLKSWAGEN to receive clients and showcase its range of vehicles. This meant accommodating both business meetings and the ability for staff to engage with clients to extol the features of the Volkswagen range.

Our design team came up with a 10x10m aluminium structure with glass walls to allow an all-round view of the VOLKSWAGEN stand.

Areas dedicated to business clients were defined as well as an open-access space to welcome customers and discuss their needs.

Our dedicated project manager coordinated all of our service providers during this stage and established a schedule of interventions to ensure optimal cooperation during the installation.

The LAB Services teams worked with our trusted partners for the successful conclusion of the project, involving assembling the structure, venue signage, power supply, provision of furnishings, etc.
