At LAB Services, we assist our clients by storing and packing their promotional resources. Many clients entrust us with managing their communication media throughout the year. When not in use, event resources are stored in an optimum manner on pallets, protecting investment by enhancing the longevity of the client’s materials.

We have several warehouses with a capacity of over 1,000 square metres allowing us to store 80×120 pallets as well as non-standard items. We transport your materials in complete safety using pallet trucks, forklifts and pallet jacks.

Our logistics team maintains a dedicated database for each client to ensure the traceability of incoming and outgoing flows of materials. We use straightforward, intuitive CRM software to keep our clients informed about their products: what needs to be replaced, repaired, disposed of, etc.

HOKAONEONE

For 3 years we have been assisting HOKAONEONE with storing and deploying its communication resources across Europe.

Every year, LAB Services and HOKAONEONE devise packaging solutions to protect and enhance the longevity of event kits.

For this third year of collaboration, we are offering new packaging tools including cardboard palboxes and wooden crates lined with foam.

While these solutions may seem initially costly, they allow HOKAONEONE to make economies of scale by extending the lifetime of their resources that cover some 50 events a year.

At LAB Services, we recognise the importance of supporting local business by collaborating with companies offering suitable services.

In this case, the dedicated project manager worked in conjunction with a local partner, ordering 40 crates of different sizes including non-standard dimensions.

Benefiting from these packaging solutions, our teams worked with HOKAONEONE to define event kits ready for deployment.

As transportation represents some 35% of an event’s time, it was important to offer our client durable solutions to keep their resources in good condition.
